WaiterCall

The VPS transmitter is installed in the kitchen and each member of the waiting staff is given a staff pager. As soon as the food is ready to go, chef can immediately alert a member of the waiting staff to collect their food ensuring that hot food is delivered hot. This same communication operation can be applied to many other markets and has proved especially valuable with small guest houses, motels etc. where a low price communication system is required.

Customer Call & Guest Paging Systems

In busy times it is important to reduce customer waiting time to increase table turns. On arriving, customers are given either a customer pager or Glowster and asked to wait in the bar or waiting area until the pager alerts them that their table is ready.

Knowing that the queuing system is properly managed, customers are more inclined to wait and as they are more relaxed, tend to spend more in the bar while they are waiting. As soon as the greeter is advised that a table is about to become available, instead of leaving their post, they can instantly contact the next party for seating. This in turn means that tables are not left standing empty between seatings and consequently it is possible to turn several more tables in a busy shift and increase revenue.

Extra profit is made from reduced ‘walk-aways’, word of mouth referrals and increased customer loyalty.

PC Paging Software

GENESIS is a PC based alphanumeric paging system compatible with all Windows® based operating systems. It allows users to send messages to on-site pagers, mobile phones (SMS) and wide area pagers from any PC on your network.

This system can support over 32,000 Contacts and Groups and runs on a SQL Server database to ensure data security and reliability. Nearly all retail outlets experience the same problem. How do we effectively communicate between our Cashiers or till points through out the store without using a noisy and intrusive overhead system? POSpage is the solution. Integrated to all Genesis Paging Software, POSpage allows you to have a software application on each till. These can be configured for each department allowing quick and easy communication from each department to the relevant store supervisor or manager, i.e. ‘Assistance required in Menswear’. This message will de displayed on an alphanumeric pager or Dect phone.

QuickCall

The QuickCall desktop transmitter is the next generation solution to paging your staff within your hotel or business individually or as a group. Desk mountable this transmitter will allow you to contact a staff member via an Alpha Numeric pager, either by sending one of 99 pre-programmed messages or with the optional keyboard allowing you to free type your message.

QuickCall also has the ability to link directly to doorbells, fire alarms and any other third party device you may have on site which would require an alert to be sent to a pager.

EasyCall

EasyCall is an effective low cost wireless paging system, IP rated weatherproof making them ideal for outdoor conditions. The EasyCall range of microbutton paging systems allows customers to summon staff to anywhere on site, including patios or beer gardens.

EasyCall allows restaurants, hotels, pubs, clubs and leisure facilities to ‘expand’ service out of doors more easily, capturing extra business that might otherwise be lost when customers are outside. It offers the benefits of happier customers, faster service, higher turnover and greater profits.

The EasyCall units are attractive, tough compact microbuttons (about the size of a £2 coin) that can be secured to walls, desks or tables, and exposed to all weathers. A single button-press signals the base station that a customer needs attention. They are self-contained and maintenance-free, with a battery life of two years or more (depending how often the button is pressed).

The system is reprogrammable from the base station, for example to change the button number.

ConferenceCall can be standalone or interfaced with Genesis Paging Software, enabling all service requests to be logged and monitored by the Manager.

ConferenceCall can also be integrated with a wall-mounted display unit, with flashing display characters to indicate new messages. With a generous 60-message capacity, the system can be used in the busiest of hospitality environments for table service.

AlarmCall

AlarmCall is the cost effective monitoring system that gives both industry and commerce a real alternative to regularly hemorrhaging money through false alarms.

Based on a sophisticated paging system, AlarmCall immediately notifies the designated fire marshals exactly where the fire alarm has been activated. They then have a 3 minute check time in which to establish the validity of the alarm, prior to it reaching the ‘CallOut’ status.

Working as a team, one marshall will go to the source of the alarm whilst the other goes on standby next to the central alarm panel. If, as in the case of 90% of fire alarms, the call is false, the marshals can communicate via phone or two way radio and the ‘CallOut’ can be aborted.
