Consultation

We will always offer independent unbiased advice on all our products & services. Therefore our advice is not based around a manufacturers proprietary product made to fit your location, but is solution based in accordance with any risk assessment data obtained to ensure your protection is provided efficiently and is fit for purpose.

Design

We are able to offer a fully comprehensive design service for all our products and also can take on the design responsibility for the systems if required. We have the facility to produce and plot drawings on AutoCAD. 

Project Management

A strong emphasis is put on project management. During every system installation the customer will be able to contact the project manager who has been allocated to that project. The project manager will be fully conversant with the installation standards and project details, so you can rest assured that all the correct equipment, drawings and labour will be in place as needed. Project managers will make site visits throughout an installation to ensure that the project complies entirely with standards all in readiness for the commissioning and handover stage of the project.

Installation

We can offer an installation service to support all of our products, for projects of all sizes. We can provide the necessary certification on all installations in compliance with the wiring regulations and relevant british/european standards.

Commissioning

The commissioning engineer tests the functionality of all parts of the system, logs the results and then confirms with the client that the system is fully operational. The project is then certified as completed and the warranty period commences. The commissioning engineer will then leave all relevant after sales information, including support information, equipment lists and drawings with the client.

Maintenance

British standards recommend that all systems should be maintained by qualified specialists. It is the customer / user’s responsibility to ensure that adequate provisional maintenance has been put in place to comply with the requirements of the standards. We offer a standard maintenance contract on all our products but more specific maintenance contracts can be tailored to meet an individual/business requirement.

Monitoring

We offer a range of different alarm handling services for all customers. Everything from a basic digital communicator to a fully integrated security system with visual verification. Some methods are included below;
